Working with Candidates
Whether we find you or you find us we always meet candidates personally. Clients expect it from us and the probability of a successful placement is greatly improved
At the first meeting we explain in detail the clients we work with and draw up an agreed short list of those we will approach on your behalf. Candidate CV details are never forwarded to a client without the express permission of the candidate
Once interviews are arranged our involvement is dependent on what the candidate wants. We will facilitate and provide interview feedback (always) and negotiate the compensation process. If it’s preferred we will let the candidate dialogue directly with the client. Our role is to introduce candidates and help them secure job offers. We do not pressurise any candidate to accept a job offer: this is the decision of the candidate
