Simon began his recruitment career with Hays in 1994 and after 7 years of recruiting for City clients established Roland Dowell in 2001. He focuses on finding and introducing individuals up to and including Board level for a large number of Banks, Investment Managers and Family Offices.
Simon holds a BA in Economics.

Gareth Blades
Gareth began his career in the City with the Financial Times before moving into wealth management recruitment in 2002. He joined Roland Dowell as a Director focusing on introducing mid-senior level individuals for Private Banks, Investment Managers, and Private Client Wealth Managers. Gareth also has extensive experience of business acquisition.
Gareth holds an LLB.
